  • 5:00pm - 7:15pm — Big Empty [MAIN STAGE] — Hard rock hits from the 90s & 2000s

  • 6:00pm - 8:00pm — VIP BBQ BASH ($99) — All you can eat BBQ AND BEVERAGES included! Award-winning barbecue Chicken, Pork, Beef and more cooked up by Scatz Holy Smokez BBQ and served with all the fix-ins, traditional sides and dessert. Don’t forget to wash it all down with your favorite beverage, because it’s included!!

  • 6:00pm - 7:00pm — BBQ Contest turn-ins [PAVILION — Please give teams space during the contest] — Certified Judges available to answer your questions in the Judging Pavilion.

  • 6:30pm - 7:30pm — Meat & Greet — Visit championship BBQ teams at their sites and ask for tips and hints to improve your own backyard BBQ!

  • 7:30pm - 8:00pm — BBQ Contest Awards [MAIN STAGE]

• Saturday, May 2: 11:00am – 8:00pm

  • 11:00am - 1:15pm — Probable Cause [MAIN STAGE] — dance, upbeat

  • 11:00am - 2:30pm — BBQ Contest turn-ins [PAVILION — Please give teams space during the contest] — Certified Judges available to answer your questions in the Judging Pavilion.

  • 12:00pm - 2:00pm — COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS, Sponsored by Smoke’N Dudes Barbecue Supply -- Come hang out with BBQ teams and other pit masters as they prepare food for competition and backyard. They’ll go through the whole process: lighting a fire; trimming meat; using rubs, injections and sauces; temperature checks; cutting the meat; and a final taste test (very limited samples available)!

  • 1:50pm - 4:10pm — Double Barreled [MAIN STAGE] — country

  • 2:30pm - 4:30pm — Meat & Greet — Visit championship BBQ teams at their sites and ask for tips and hints to improve your own backyard BBQ!

  • 4:30pm - 5:00pm — BBQ World Championship Contest Awards [MAIN STAGE]

  • 5:30pm - 8:00pm — Run for Cover [MAIN STAGE] — 90s & 2000s party songs
