12:00pm - 2:00pm — RIB COOK DEMONSTRATION, Sponsored by Smoke’N Dudes Barbecue Supply -- Come hang out with BBQ competitor Brad Pisauro of Truckers Choice BBQ, as he prepares ribs for competition. He'll go through the whole process: lighting a fire; trimming ribs; using rubs, injections and sauces; temperature checks; cutting the meat; and a final taste test (very limited samples available)! This event is free to attend.

1:30pm - 4:30pm — Finding Alice [MAIN STAGE]

2:30pm - 4:00pm — VIP BBQ Pit Crew Pass — meet at designated VIP location
